Below are the terms under which Marmelada d.o.o. (“Kikiriki shirts”) sells all products. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The content of the website www.kikirikishirts.com is for information purposes only. Kikiriki shirts reserves the right to make unannounced changes. We apologise for any mistakes. The use of the website is at the customer’s own risk. Kikiriki shirts is not responsible for any damage arising through use of the website (this also applies to content outside the domain www.kikirikishirts.com).
Prices
All prices are shown in Euros. All packaging and postage charges are not included in the item price and will be added to your shopping cart. Kikiriki shirts reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any goods at any time without prior notice.
Products
Every care has been taken to ensure that all product colours are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing; however, Kikiriki shirts cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors in this information. There may be minor discrepancies in the size or colour of the products supplied. The accuracy of colours and colour charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colours slightly differently.
All products that appear on the website are subject to availability. We will let you know as soon as possible if the goods you ordered are unavailable and, if so, when they are likely to be available again.
Payment
Orders can be paid by PayPal or credit/debit card. If none of the available payment methods suit you, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative payment options.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to issuer validation and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to Kikiriki shirts, Kikiriki shirts is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
We retain legal ownership of all merchandise until the customer has made full payment and Marmelada d.o.o. has received it. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately revert to us if we refund any payment for it. Risk of damage to the merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s order. It confirms that Kikiriki shirts has received the order and that it will be processed.
The customer will receive a follow-up email with dispatch information, and the order will be delivered to the customer’s delivery address.

Just a heads-up: during the holiday season (November/December), delivery times may be longer than those listed above.
Your local delivery or postal service will deliver the products. We will try to make sure goods are delivered promptly; however, Marmelada d.o.o. does not accept liability for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellations and returns
The customer has the right to cancel the order and return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the order, without providing a reason. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods must be delivered undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost, or the quantity is reduced due to no fault of the customer.
To exercise the right to cancel the order/return items, the customer must email hello@kikirikishirts.com and include the order number.
Goods must be returned to the business address of the company, no later than 10 days from the filed notice of cancellation of the order:

If the item(s) are returned to Marmelada d.o.o. in the same condition as when dispatched, the item(s) will be exchanged for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If unavailable, the customer will have the option of a full refund. Refunds for faulty items can be issued within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. We do not refund delivery costs for customer orders. We will not refund items that have had their original packaging removed or have been used.
Privacy policy
We retain and use all information in strict accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your privacy and the security of your personal information are our priority. Kikiriki shirts is committed to protecting your privacy and follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you provide, as required by applicable EU data protection laws.
When you place an order, you are required to provide Marmelada d.o.o. with some personal details:
- Your name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Credit/debit card details (for security, these are not kept on file for future purchases).
If you register your email with Kikiriki shirts for new product updates, your email address will be kept safe in our database, and it will never be disclosed to any third parties, except where it is necessary to provide a service to you.
You have the option to opt out of receiving marketing communications from www.kikirikishirts.com by sending an email to hello@kikirikishirts.com stating STOP in the subject line.
